I sent a pair of Welshes to Elizabeth Bouras to be painted. It took a little while and when they got back to me, Elizabeth had included this lovely little stowaway as a pressie for the time it took. She really didn't "have" to do it, because we were in steady contact the entire time and I was never "worried" about my ponies in any way, but I really adore this one, he's so sweet.
