Dates: 8-9th of August 2009

Additions to the original invitation:
- Other animals do not count to the max of 25
- There is no extra fee for the group class or the offspring class, though you have to enter the main show
- Only one group/owner in group class

Last day to enter: 29th of July. Later entries are accepted for an extra fee of 10 SEK/model. This goes for the main show, the performance show, the fantasy show and the bendable show. To the special shows, the grey show and the extra classes (offsprings, group and other animals) one can enter for free on the day of the show, even if it make things easier for me if they are entered together with the entry to the main show.

Fee: For novice in SMS 5 SEK/model (but never less than 50 SEK), for veteran in SMS 10 SEK/model (but never less than 100 SEK), others 15 SEK/model (but never less than 150 SEK). Each owner may enter maximum 25 models. The entry fee is most easily paid during the show, write for alternate ways of paying before then.

Entry: For each horse send name, breed, gender, year of birth (make special note if the horse is not born 08 but is still shown as a foal) or age (thirdly if the model is adult or foal), as well as model and size of model. If the model is remade note how and by whom. Note if you are a novice in SMS, vetran in SMS or neither of those. To send models is fine, note this when you enter and send them in plenty of time. If you want to sponser a division (more info below) note this as well. Let me know if you are so allergic to something that we need to take special care with it.

Place to sleep: Note if you need a place to sleep and for which nights. Pick-up within Stockholm, for example at the Central Station, can likely be arranged, note this as soon as you know, if you need it. For people staying food will be provided, except during the mutual lunch during the show. To come earlier than on the Saturday and leave later than on the Sunday is fine. The showholder is likely off on the Friday and can then entertain guests, but if you come earlier/leave later you might be left with the showholder's parents or what you decide to do yourself - the showholder can, however, come with suggestions on things to do in the beautiful city. Observe that there is only a limited number of spots in the house and that these are mostly for showers - if you come with company the showholder might, however, help with addresses to hotels/youth hostels and so on.

Where the show will be held: Fiskarhöjdens Föreningsgård, just outside Stockholm (Ostronvägen 1, Saltsjöbaden/Nacka). Write for details.

Starting Times: The first classes begins at 10.00 both days. Going through the papers starts at 9:45 on the Saturday. For security's sake talk with the showholder about the Sunday times before going home on the Saturday, if we might have to change the time due to being late.

The classes: The classes will be divided after the same system as the Nationals. If there's interest there will be offspring classes (3/stallion, 2/mare), groups (5 horses/owner as a group) and classes for other animals (these classes can not qualify for BIS). Show interest in the extra classes by entering them, but they can be entered during the show for free.

Judging: The show will be judged using the same point system as the Swedish Nationals, ask if you want more information. Possibly Guest Judges, who doesn't show themselve, will judge large parts of the show.

Awards: Awards will be given to the best novice-owned model and the best model of the opposite gender (than the champion) in each of the 8 main championships. Awards will also be given to BIS, BIS Reserve, Champions, Champion Reserves and the best total stallion/gelding, mare and novice-owned model. In each class the first and second horse as well as the best novice-owned horse will be given a ribbon. Each shower will be given the opportunity to award his or her favourite model with a special ribbon.

Sponsoring and donations: All donations are gratefully received. For instance the breed registers are most welcome to give something to their breeds, though everyone is welcome to give whatever they wish to give to! We especially would like to get donations to the lottery! As previous years the option of sponsoring an entire championship/division remains, one then get the responsibility of arranging prices to the championship (except rosettes, which the show buys). One decides on prices, but minimum something should be given to Champion, Champion Reserve, Best Novice-owned and Best of opposite gender. If more than one person want to sponsor a division these will share the responsibility, though with one person that has the main responsibility. All sponsors gets half a page in the show papers, division sponsors gets 2 full pages.

SPECIAL SHOWS
Together with the Watershow eightsmaller shows will be held. These will not be judged with points, but everyone will get to vote between the entered horses. The fee to show is 20 SEK/show or 140 SEK for all eight shows. Maximum one horse entered in each show (if not otherwise noted below) and the BIS of each show will be given a prize. The different shows are:
Breakables! - china models, including Starlites
Original Finish! - only plastic models not remade
Simple Custom! - painted or painted/haired models of plastic
Drastic Custom! - models of plastic remade more than just painted and haired
Vintage Custom! - models remade before 1999
Resin! - resin models
Models remade by owner! - divided in a) open, where everyone may show and b) novice, only for novices in SMS. Also OSCs may be shown. In b) each owned may show up to 3 horses and a written judgement will be given to each horse. The novice owner may also without extra cost have one of his or her horses in the open division if he or she so wish.
Animal Artistry! - all horse models sculpted by Donna Chaney; resin, china and plastic. These may also participate in the other shows. Maximum 2 horses/owner.

GREY SHOW
During the main show a Grey show will also be held, for grey horses. Note firstly colour tone (dark, medium, light) and secondly if the is "rose" (clear reddish tone), fleabitten, dappled or very dappled. Only solid colours, that is to say not for example grey blanket. Pintos without body spots are acceptable. Maximum 10 horses/shower. The fee is 5 SEK/shown horse (but never less than 30 SEK). Prices to BIS and BIS reserve as well as to the Champions.

PERFORMANCE SHOW
During the main show a Performance show will also be held, judged with the same system as the National. There will be special classes for horses with molded on equipment and for scenarios. Maximum 10 horses/shower. The fee is 50 SEK/shower. Prices to BIS and BIS reserve as well as to the Champions.

FANTASY SHOW
During the main show a fantasy show will also be held, for fantasy-horses (also centaurs and similar), sci-fi-horses and decorators. Maximum 5 horses/shower. The fee is 40 SEK/shower. Prices to BIS and BIS reserve.

BENDABLES SHOW
During the main show a bendables show will also be held, for models of rubbery/bendable type, for instance Schleich. Maximum 10 horses/shower. The fee is 40 SEK/shower. Prices to BIS and BIS reserve.

During the Saturday we will eat together during the show. To drink, candy and cakes will be available. There will be a For Sale-table and hopefully many people will bring horses for sale. A lottery with nice prices will likely be held, where everyone will win something. There will also be a ribbon hunt like last year, when the person who during the days have won the most ribbons will get a small reward.
